Payments
 

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• For recurring or quarterly plans, payments must be made in advance or on the agreed billing schedule.

• Late or missed payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
   

Guarantees
 

• Many of our services come with a service guarantee. Specific terms will be provided in your service agreement.

• The guarantee applies only if the customer follows all recommended sanitation and exclusion measures.

• Guarantee periods vary by service type (for example, one-time treatments may have limited coverage).
   

Cancellations & Rescheduling
 

• Customers may cancel or reschedule services by contacting our office at least 24 hours in advance.

• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service charge.

• Prepaid service plans may be eligible for pro-rated refunds as outlined in our Refund Policy.
   

Customer Responsibilities
 

• Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property for inspections and treatments.

• Customers agree to follow preparation and sanitation instructions provided by Kind Pest Control.

• We are not responsible for results if recommended steps are not followed.
   

Liability
 

• While we use safe and approved products, Kind Pest Control is not liable for damages caused by misuse of products after service, pre-existing conditions, or factors outside our control.

• We are not responsible for secondary damage caused by pests (e.g., structural damage, contamination, wiring damage).
   

Intellectual Property
 

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Kind Pest Control and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
   

Changes to Terms
