Service Guarantee

Most of our services come with a guarantee period, during which we will return at no additional cost if pests reappear.

If you are not satisfied with the results of a guaranteed service, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can schedule a follow-up inspection and retreatment if needed.

Refunds

Refunds are generally not offered once a service has been performed, as materials, labor, and time cannot be returned.

In rare cases where services cannot be completed as agreed, partial refunds may be considered at management’s discretion.

Prepaid or Recurring Services

Customers who prepay for quarterly or annual plans may request cancellation.

Refunds for unused services will be pro-rated based on treatments already completed.

Exclusions

Refunds will not be issued if:

Recommended sanitation or exclusion steps were not followed.

New pest activity is unrelated to the original service.
